Under direction of the Chief Medical Officer for East New York, plans, organizes, supervises and controls medical and health care services in the areas of Dentistry. This position is a clinical as well as supervisory position with responsibilities including rendering patient care, management of department staff, management of department policies and coordination with other clinic directors and administration.• Formulates policies, methods and procedures and prescribes standards for treatment, diagnosis, control and prevention of illness.• Reviews, monitors and supervises methods of delivering care and evaluates patient care.• Provides dental services within the scope of approved privileges• Documents all patient contact in the EMR in a timely manner.• Assumes responsibility for their panel of patients and those patients they care for.• Provides relevant health education and instruction; counsels patient/family/responsible other on the impact of illness and principles of health promotion and maintenance.• Provides clinical and didactic instruction to professional staff, peers, students and community groups and conducts in-service educational programs, as needed.• Collaborates to provide care coordination of activities in providing comprehensive care. (e.g. other healthcare providers, local health departments, social service, nutritionist, medical, community based organizations, home care and patient education groups).• Periodically evaluates dental procedures, policies and techniques and approves or recommends revisions required to meet the changing conditions in accordance with patient needs, community needs and advancement in medical knowledge.• Participates in departmental meetings and interdisciplinary or community committees, as well as Peer Review Performance Improvement meetings and activities, as required.

Required Qualifications:Minimum 6 Years of extensive experience in the IT industryMinimum of 5 years experience working with WebLogic Server 10.x to 12c, Administration, Installation, Configuration and MonitoringStrong knowledge of WLST scripts, UNIX scripting and automation.Experience in Installation, Configuration and Administration of Web Servers (Tomcat, Apache and Oracle HTTP Server)Experience in 24x7 on-call production support and troubleshooting WebLogic Production problems.Experience in finding the Memory Leaks and adjusting the JVM Heap Sizes and GC Parameters.Experience in Investigating and resolving performance issues by analyzing thread dump, GC values and heap dumpExperience with configuring SSL: 1- way SSL and 2 - way SSL configuration.Monitoring with Site Scope, Splunk and AppDynamics.Knowledge with Tivoli and Control M.Extensive working experience on clustering, performance tuning (JVM options, Load Runner), load balancing, connection pool, multi pool, JMS message Queue and Monitoring Strong knowledge in UNIX and windows especially with IBM AIX.Good understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to communicate information in a timely and accurate manner.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge with configuring Active Directory Authenticators, Site Minder single sign-on configurations and replications for MS Active DirectoryKnowledge of various protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS and SOAP.Knowledge in Node Manager Configuration, remote managed server start and stop, SSL communication between admin server and node manager.Experienced in installing Certificates on various Web Servers and BEA WebLogic Application Server Platforms and SSL.Knowledge configuring Web Server plug-ins (APACHE, Tomcat, OHS) for the Web Logic server.
